Indiana: State government reporter Tom LoBianco examined Gov. Mitch Daniels’ claim that Indiana’s new right-to-work law was drawing dozens of companies to move to the state or expand existing operations. Daniels refused to identify all but one company, and LoBianco found that the firm had already planned to expand and that the law had no effect on its decision.
