NEW Jersey: South Jersey correspondent Geoff Mulvihill reviewed 10 years of campaign finance reports filed by U.S. Rep. Rob Andrews, reporting that the congressman spent about $100,000 in campaign funds over a five-year period for 18 trips to California, where his daughter has been pursuing a singing and acting career. The House Ethics Committee is currently reviewing his campaign spending practices.
