The AP Server rollout is headed by Bill Eyer, Project Manager, AP Server, based in our technical center in Cranbury, N.J. He has overall responsibility for managing all aspects of the IBM relationship, maintaining proper inventory for installations, training field implementation staff, and evaluating member functionality requests. However, every member's first point of contact should be their local bureau, especially for scheduling and installation concerns. The installation schedule is primarily based logistical needs as determined by our Regional Directors of Technology Services. Each Regional Director will have a team of individuals most of whom will be involved in every installation.

Your local bureau will contact you about thirty (30) days prior to install.
