CAPER Awards 

The Colorado AP Reporters and Editors group announces the start of its annual newswriting, photo, and Web awards contest.  Deadline for entries is Friday, Oct. 5, 2007.  The awards banquet is set for Friday, Feb. 29, 2008, at the Brown Palace in downtown Denver.
