RE: NYSAPA GRAPHICS CONTEST
Dear Graphic Artists,
Editors and Illustrators,
Rules and entry blanks for
the 2007-2008 New York State Associated
Press Association graphics contest are enclosed.
We have added a new category this year, interactive graphics.
Please read the rules and
follow guidelines carefully.
Submitted graphics must have
first been published in a member newspaper between June 1, 2007 and May 31, 2008.
The deadline: Entries must be postmarked by June 16,
2008.
Please note that entries
must be actual tear sheets, not original artwork.
In order to publish a
booklet of winners, we need to have each entry carry a signed copyright
release. Please ensure it is signed.
Entrants may distribute
their submissions as they wish, entering all six in one category or dividing
them among two or more categories.
