The northbound lanes of Interstate 95 in Saco, Maine, are
blocked Jan. 17 by a logging truck that rolled over after
hitting a car it was passing. No one was seriously injured
in the accident.Don Himsel, The Telegraph, Nashua
All the units appear to be occupied as a songbird perches outside a birdhouse Jan. 3 in French Hill section of Nashua.
How I got the picture
Macys:
"Basically, my girlfriend asked that I take my camera to get some shots of she and
her daughter riding at an inside rink. It was a rather dark and cloudy day, so I was a little hesitant, but I brought it anyway.
"The sky parted with some beautiful clouds. When I noticed that a riding instructor was getting ready to ride. I asked her if it would be OK for me to photograph her. She said yes and proceeded to go up the hill for her afternoon ride. And I was ready with the camera.
"That's about it. It helps to have the camera with you, even when the day is dreary. You never know."
