How I got the picture

Moore:

I had just gotten home to meet a friend for lunch when I got a call from the newsroom informing me of the bizarre accident.

The scene was less then five minutes from my house. Our new police chief allowed me to stay close to the scene where I had a great vantage point. I got the rescue photos and still made my lunch date.
