Timothy Rodenbaugh, 22, runs around a police car after he was cut off on the sidewalk against a building in Rutland on May 29. Police chased and caught Rodenbaugh, who was charged with careless and negligent operation, trying to elude a police officer and driving without a license, according to police.

Melissa, who usually has straight hair, decided to try something different to go with her prom gown.
