How I got the picture

Starinskas:

"On the police scanner in the office, I heard the woman was trapped in rapids popular among local swimmers.

"The rains made it worse. She was pinned for about a half hour as the water pushed her against the rock.

"The picture was taken from a swinging bridge which is part of the Long Trail. She was safely rescued by seven or eight men pulling her upward over the rock."
