Dover police arrest Eric D. Wilburn on Aug. 27 on charges of selling marijuana. Wilburn is one of nine McIntosh College students arrested after a two-month undercover drug investigation. Police said a McIntosh dormitory is a headquarters for drug dealers and wants the building seized under federal drug laws.
