AP Oklahoma Gets New Photographer
She came to us from Chicago, where she worked as a contract photographer for Reuters. Prior to that, she was a freelance photographer with clients including the New York Times, Cincinnati Post, Cincinnati Magazine and The National. She also worked as a newspictures bureau manager for United Press International in Cincinnati and Columbus, Ohio. Her portfolio includes work from news emergencies such as tornadoes and floods as well as major national events such as political conventions, presidential campaigns and presidential debates. She also has extensive experience in sports photography arising from her coverage of major events including the NBA Finals, the NCAA Final Four, Super Bowls, the Stanley Cup Finals, the World Series, the Kentucky Derby, the U.S. Open and World Championship Figure Skating. Sue is a Cum Laude graduate of Kent State University with a bachelor’s degree in journalism, with a specialty in photojournalism. |
