Photo of the Month - December

Meghan Brown of the Chattanooga Times Free Press is the winner of
the Tennessee Photo of the Month for December for her picture of
whooping cranes flying with an ultra light aircraft over the
Hiwassee Wildlife Refuge near Birchwood, Tenn., Dec. 2, 2006.
The flight is facilitated by Operation Migration, a program that
uses ultra lights to fly whooping cranes along a migration route
between Wisconsin and Florida.
