Devin Wagner of The Jackson Sun is the winner of the Feb. photo contribution of the month for his picture of  Alanda Glenn, widow of Roy Glenn Jr., crying at her home in Jackson, Tenn., Feb. 23, 2009. According to authorities, Roy Glenn Jr. was shot and killed by Humboldt, Tenn. police after he jumped from a car and ran away.
