The 20th anniversary commemorations of the terror attacks that killed almost 3000 people will occur in New York City, Virginia, and Shanksville, Pennsylvania.Saturday's anniversary falls less than two weeks after the end of the nearly two-decade-long U.S. war in Afghanistan.
