AP interview with Caitlin Clark highlights dominant and inclusive coverage of the women’s FIBA World Cup

AP’s basketball writer Doug Feinberg used his strong sources and relationships to set up an AP interview with Caitlin Clark at the women’s FIBA World Cup. Feinberg began working with various contacts about interviewing Clark well before the trek to Germany and arrived in Berlin before the core of his fellow journalists landed in the country. It all paid off as Feinberg scored the only sit-down interview with Clark.
