For AP, it’s back to the future

The Associated Press has announced that it will move its corporate headquarters from midtown Manhattan to the Brookfield Place retail and office complex, across West Street from the World Trade Center. The move, planned for early 2017, will take AP back to the future.

NEW YORK – The Associated Press today won the Pulitzer Prize for Public Service based on its international investigation of the fishing industry in Southeast Asia that freed more than 2,000 slaves and traced the seafood they caught to supermarkets and pet food providers across the U.S.
